In order to ensure equitable access to library resources for all library users, students, faculty, and staff (including Westminster Conservatory faculty and staff) may recall materials in circulation. Recall requests are made through the library catalog. Find the item in the library catalog and click the "Request" button. The initial borrower has a guaranteed loan period of 14 days (for books and scores) or 3 days (for audiovisual materials), after which the borrower has 7 days to return the recalled item (for books and scores) or 3 days (for audiovisual materials). Items recalled for Reserve may be expedited by contacting the Circulation Desk. The initial borrower will receive an automated message indicating the updated due date. You will receive an email when the item you have recalled is ready for pickup.
